How do I add my property request?
From the Add Your Request page, choose up to three property types, the city, districts, area and budget, and you may attach one or two photos. Your request reaches our team directly and we contact you with the closest matches.
How do I list my property for sale or rent?
From the List Your Property page in a few simple steps with photos. We value it, market it to the widest audience and handle serious buyers.
How do I get the property location and full details?
Press “Register interest” on the property page and enter your name and mobile — the full details appear instantly and our team contacts you to arrange a visit.
Do you help with mortgage financing?
We help estimate the possible financing, prepare documents and liaise with lenders — we are not a lender, but we accompany you until approval.
Are you officially licensed?
Yes — we hold FAL brokerage and marketing license No. 1200018791 issued by the Real Estate General Authority, displayed at the bottom of every page.
Which areas do you cover?
We currently operate within the Makkah Region — Jeddah, Makkah and surroundings — and we are based in Jeddah.
How do I follow up on my request?
